In the Queue Manager, it shows the registration form when clicking on the "POD" link in the nav bar.


This means the app is in Single App mode, and the pod is currently awaiting a user. You can either register the users and watch as they are assigned directly to the pod, or you can assign users to the pod from the Queue - you may need to queue they from the User List first.


If you're using multiple User Managers in the app, turn on Multi App Mode on the settings page:
